Last weekend the Porto Novo group spent a relaxing weekend in Grand Popo at a hotel (a cute little bungalow) on the beach. The waves were too strong to swim or really even walk in the water, but we could still cool off in the pool. This was a nice little taste of home with familiar food (steak,potatoes,curry shrimp...) and a peaceful atmosphere....

Actually it is Dec. 23. The ocean here is very strong and dangerous for swimming.
