The drive from Boulder to Escalante was really cool. They have a section of the road following a ridge line and it drops off to nothing on both sides. Really, really wild. This road is relatively new. Before that, these towns were really isolated. They delivered mail by mule until 1940....although, it's probably not much faster today ;0) I staye...

Bryce Canyon Nach einigen erholsamen Tagen in Las Vegas machten wir uns erneut auf den Weg einige Nationalparks zu erkunden. Erster Halt war der wunderschoene Bryce Canyon... wie Ihr Euch auf den Fotos ueberzeugen koennt.... :-))))) Nur schon die Strecke zum Canyon wie auch die Strasse vom Canyon weg waren sehr eindruecklich.
