Tonight, I fly out of the Netherlands for home... ... I slept terribly last night, not sure if it was from the jitters of trying to stuff as much as possible in my backpack, or from eating too much, or from eating too much greasy food, or sugar, or not enough exercise, or maybe I'm getting sick - but perhaps I shouldn't over-analyse these things...

Today is Oma's birthday, and tomorrow I am leaving for Sydney... ... My how time flies, I feel like i just left! But what fun i have had... Oma just opened her birthday presents. From our family we have: a blue tablecloth, and a tablecloth with a farm motif on it that i liked very much, a yellow and blue tea cosy and a small blue oriental flower...

Today is the day I make Oma's cake! Went food shopping with Jose and Olaf, and we picked up what we needed from Aldi and Deen - could not find the poppy seeds though! And with it they brought Oma's birthday present - brought to her early as they felt she would like to use it while I was here. They bought her a camera!
