bedfindercr.com is a complete ripoff. the owner, elaine, baited me with a monthly rate on a great looking condo, then after driving an hour from Quepos to Dominical, she switched the price on me and was extremely rude. I was left stranded in the evenign with no place to stay. I would recommend never to trust this site.

dominical, probably the coolest beach town ive been to. the beachbreak here claims a lot of boards, in fact most of the bars in town are literally littered with snapped boards on the walls and ceilings. amazing sunsets here!

Domincal (permanent population 300) is a small, still somewhat undeveloped town on the southern pacific coast. The road to get here was comically rough, muddy, bumpy and involved driving across a small river (without a bridge). In Quepos, Domincal was described to us as a surfer lodge, the beach version of some ski resort, but not as developed. ...
