Il "buran" e' il nome che danno i kazaki alle tempeste di neve con venti fortissimi (ad es. questa volta soffiavano a 150 km/h). Qua ad Atyrau non capita di imbattersi nei "buran", ma, ad esempio, i miei colleghi ad Astana devono starci bene attenti. Bisogna sempre contattare la polizia per chiedere se c'e' pericolo di buran e seguire assolutame...
