The girls had a hearty Embassy breakfast before we packed the car and drove to the Rice campus. On the way we found my old apartment building on Westheimer, Avalon Square. We observed and were on vessels in the Grand Canal and Rios numerous times. In spite, of the many boats and their many interactions we observed we didn't observe even one mishap, not even one contact between boats!! All the skippers appeared to be calm, cool-headed (not what one hears about Italians) and patient. I guess they've had a lot of years to get it right? ...
... the Parish, but both schools today expressed heavy interest in continuing to bring in Camfel for future years, whether the Parish starts scheduling us annually or not.
God's success in running the shows this week and a half in Louisiana may begin the process of Camfel penetrating deeper into the Southeast. Neat to be a part of it.
Well, it's time for dinner. We've had so much local Louisiana cookin' that I think we'll just head over to Chili's and have a quiet familiar dinner. ...
