    ... t written articles for publication before so that is certainly something that will be new yet good to experience. He also mentioned that I could contribute further by developing resources and leaflets for the charity- but that would all need to be considered once I am back from the US! Note to self: do not put too much on your plate. Park things, for your own sanity!

    Oh dear - so soon? The horrid travel day has reared its ugly head. We aren't very good at travel days ... We tend to spend a fair bit of time planning for them but something invariably goes wrong. Today we found out we hadn't booked the hire car! We had decided that the easiest way to get a hire car for this trip was to get one from Heathrow. It is easier to drive around to get out of London than the city.     It was exciting northern Scotland going to Aberdeen, inverneness, Stirling,Dundee and the locks. TheLocks is where Nessie lives. We started off in Dundee and had loads of fun going go karting and then in Aberdeen we saw Jurassic park and for me it was the the best movie ever. In Inverness we just stayed their and searched for Nessie the next day and in Stirling just rested. We got to Nottingham 2 days ago and ready to go to ...

    ... and during the riots Nottingham Castle was burned to the ground. Today Nottingham is a pleasant college town catering to students and tourists.
