... Krakow city centre at about 6:30pm after a bit of a nauseating drive....Al was considering last resort having a sneaky vom in her aluminium foil that had earlier wrapped her sandwich...delightful.

We'd both agreed early night so we'd feel better for our day of sightseeing (today). This didn't last long...We decided to head out for a traditional cheap Polish meal in the Old Town which is beautiful at night lit by restaurant candles and fairy lights in the trees. ...

Similar to the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia, we had heard of what went on in both World Wars and Hitler's regime but we couldn't really say we understood what scale or impact this had on the Jews, Europe and the world as a whole. ... looked do sketchy and dark, but after walking up two flights if stairs surrounding an old elevator shaft, we got to the pretty modern hostel. It is one floor and had like 30 people staying in it. It has two 10 person Dorm rooms and 3 private doubles or triples. There is a small bar and hangout area. It seems cool. We didn't hang out much here though because we know our friends in the city. We took a can ...

... looking battered broccoli things and Lionbar flurries mmm. We stopped in at a grocery store to get snacks for tomorrow before heading home. I absolutely love looking around grocery stores and seeing all the crazy things. They have all different coloured toilet paper and even scented ones. We found peanut Lionbars, which are even more delicious than the original and a Milka chocolate bar called Happy Cow. It has cow spots all over it, love it!!!
