    ... lunch. I met him at the airport and he was really nice. The lunch was great and we stayed and watched tv until like three. After that I went to Sara's house, and learned some more italian. My host sister and her boyfriend picked me and sara up, and we all went to the park. I FINALLY SAW SOMETHING GREEN. It was finally not just buildings and streets!!     It's time to pack up and leave Venice to start the real road trip. We bought our tickets for the Ali Laguna (airport water bus) yesterday so are all set to pick our car up from the airport. We get on board no issues and watch as they put Paul's bag on top of a few others and it seems to hang precariously as we cruise along.     ... and decide what gets washed and what doesn't was a nail biter as we just wanted it ALL clean again. These are just the kind of decisions I don't have to make back home as washers in the U.S. are 5x the size. I felt like this one was as big as a salad spinner.     ... completed. Well the people of Milano well and truly took advantage of that clause and thus have never truly completed the cathedral. They are always working on a small portion of the duomo. That in itself did take away from some of it's magnificence, with scaffolding here and there; but there was no denying the fact that it was indeed very beautiful!
