... on, it was actually slower than the Disneyland train ride. However, it was slanting and about a foot away from the houses so fair enough. Although a lot of the signs in Taipei had English on them, once we got into the hot spring area this quickly turned into Chinese. We wandered around a very nice park, past a closed museum, and realised that we might never find the actual hot springs we were looking for in the maze of hotel resorts. Count down party is all over different taiwan main cities. The major ones are in Taipei and kaoshiong. What draws people to the countdown is the massive stage concert by top notch Taiwanese artists and out of this world fireworks display.
