    ... money using a storm trooper helmet money box. Hrmmmm so much to choose from! The park was relatively busy with kids, strollers and people in costumes flittering about finding their next rides. We weaves through the gauntlet of Disney to Toy Story to ride the Buzz Lightyear laser tag. A short wait and we were sitting in little capsules ready to play laser tag.     ... BIG. (30 mins later)...have just finished watching the Disneyland fireworks. Wow! Spectacular. We watched them from our 6th floor balcony, which is directly across the road from DL so we had great views. A lovely way to welcome in our first day in LA. Very spec! Tomorrow will be a big day...Disneyland, and from what I'ver heard its a loooooong day. I hope the kids don't go nuts buying plastic trash.     ... it to California Adventure for magic morning before the park opens. We really enjoyed ourselves those first couple of hours, first in Cars land, going on Radiator Springs Racers and on Luigi's flying tires. (pics below). Then we went on Grizzly River Run (2x) and got sopping wet. It was great! Then came the roller coaster and the ferris wheel.

    ... see how much of a traffic jam of cars there was... At 10.30am! All those people were either heading into LA or perhaps further up the coast... But the traffic was backed up for kilometres. I thought Sydney traffic was bad but this was a whole lot worse!
