Inside of a road side stop, we got to go into Dresden for a bit less than 2 hours. The city is really beautiful and the contrast between old and new is amazing. There is an old/new Church there and the reconstruction since it was destroyed in the war only finished a decade ago. ... the full menu there were four (they must have been too hard for them to translate or something) so Julia and Korbi read them out to us, helping each other with the right English words to describe it. They recommended a dish and mum and I shared a stuffed cabbage with mushrooms and violet potatoes. ... my fam before they all start stuff again.
I ended up picking and washing ALL the berries (my god! SO MANY! Like... I was actually angry at times at how many there were. I could go without seeing a Johanisbeere for a while, and it wouldn't phase me at all, hahaha)
Umm... then I watched Siberia, which... yeah, I'm actually enjoying this fake reality tv show soap opera thing, hahaha. It's cool to see someone from our town on t.v. ...

... don't even know how to pronounce or spell the other one, something with "S", but it was SO GOOD! and the Haselnuss tasted like Nutella ice cream (which is what I was hoping for). I don't know if I mentioned it before when I ate Eis with Aileen, but the cones are better in Germany, and the ice cream always tastes... I don't know, but it is really good stuff.
