... food was more expensive here. We went to a Tapas bar that was amazing. But it's not overly expensive. A Turkish meal the next night was cheaper and delicious too. On our last night, we found a nice outdoor beer and wine garden. There were lights in the trees and they were serving hot wine. We met a younger couple on their 2nd date and talked about our travels and his. She looked like she was ready to travel with him.

Today we toured the porcelain factory on Meissen. Harry looked while I bought :). Because of demand for Chinese porcelain this factory was built in the mid 1700's..the first outside of Asia. Of course,it was incredibly beautiful and breathtakingly priced, but the artistry can't be topped. Last night we stayed in a stellplatze about 4 feet from the rivers edge. We met a lovely couple from the Netherlands who gave us valuable information about where to stay in ...

... to the extermination camps. What is amazing is that they have names unaccounted for, and they have left space to fill in those names once they determine what happened to those children. Yes, they are still looking.

The camp at Terezin was used to fool the Red Cross when they came to inspect the facility. The Nazi's put forth the idea that the camp was a thriving town that allowed Jews to self-govern. They even made a propaganda film using the town, however it was never seen ...

... Well... we went to grab some more paint from his grandparents' and it did start to sprinkle a little. We finished and it started sprinkling a little harder, but I think, all in all, it will be fine.
Then... a large chunk of time was spent watching Top Chef by myself. I understood now that when Tim said "well, it looks like we don't have to bake today" he meant both the pizza and the brownies would be put on hold.
