    ... the 6:30 starts and the baboon cuddles. However, 5 months is a long time and as I looked into chase's eyes when I was saying my goodbyes to the monty cage, I realised they would all look very different when I return and they would all be so much stronger as individual baboons, almost ready to take on a wild life!     ... closely with the baby baboons and can now name all of them and 14 out of about 20 vervets (which is really difficult because they're so small and move really quickly). I have also been able to go on an excursion to a cheetah rehabilitation centre to experience the work that they get to do there and even see several king cheetahs which are extinct in the wild because of their obvious colouring. I am finally over my fear of black mambas and scorpions but unfortunately I still will not ...
