    ... the city. It is also very flat and easy to get around walking. It is logically laid out so everything is easy to find. We went to a local bar on the first night to watch the soccer on a large screen with the locals. Had a great time.     The body clock can not be fooled all the time so I did not sleep well.
    We left early for our 5 hour tour of the north country. Double decker bus, nearly every seat full. The skies clear and we are hot. I dressed for spring! It is nearly 20 degrees above normal.     ... d have more of a connection now that I had been to the house.
    It was sad to see the documents that had their names in the concentration camp then on the list of those who perished. Sad fact that Anne died of Typhoid only a few days before the US Army liberated the camps. I was really moved and felt like something inside my changed - I felt ten times more grateful for my life and family and the culture we live in.

    Upon arrival in Arusha, we pass the through long lines at Tanzanian Immigrations paying $100 each for our visas.
