To be able to travel the world, without any border crossings or visa requirements would be so luxurious! I think those countries in the EU are closest to this freedom where they can cross countries just with their ID cards. All hassle free. It annoys me that as an Australian, we are tied to Britain yet there are no benefits to our connection. I can't just travel to the UK whenever I want and stay indefinitely or without a working visa. It's definitely much harder now I am a ...

That night I made some friends to travel to Uzice with the idea of camping. It was me, Lios (Israel), Harry (Australia), and Charlene (Canada). We were going to meet up with her the next day in Uzice and we went our separate ways, or at least I did. I was suffering from home sickness and avoided all social activities. Did 312 miles today, all on very good roads. The scenery was just fantastic, most of it through mountains. Great scenery, roads all in all very good quality as well. Traffic was light and it only rained for 30 minutes...so a really good riding day. Crossed from Montenegro into Serbia, border took 5 minutes. It appears that Serbia doesn't do insurance......

Check out the pics, mainly from Montenegro....

... environment. As it stood, we had already decided to leave Kososvo and Montenegro for another time. All we had to decide was whether we would stop at this village or just take a shorter route home. We decided to go ahead and visit. We thought, mistakenly as it turns out, that it would only take about four hours to get there and that we could visit for a few hours and ...

... into the camp, more and more of our Couchsurfing friends came out to greet us. We spent the afternoon catching up and lounging in the sun and preparing for the evening.

All day and all night, trumpet bands are playing in town. If you stick some dinars on their forehead, they will play for you and follow you around. There is food everywhere. I had never seen this in real life- but they had entire pigs and sheep turning and roasting on ...
