... I still had a wi fi connection and my granddaughter Jorja was going into labour with her 1st baby. I couldn't wait to do my dives and get back to the internet. I had a photo of my 1st GREAT grandson within 1/2hr of his birth. How exciting is that. Welcome to the world Lucas Robert King. Within hours the wi fi connection had disappeared and did not return before we left.

It was wonderful to watch a traditional Fijian welcoming ceremony with their native costumes and kava, plus seeing all the dignitaries from the South Pacific islands where we have visited was very coincidental ! However there are no tour operators in Gizo so how on earth do you access what it has to offer?
