... seats on the train. When we boarded this train, Ails and I spent the first hour with our huge rucksacks on our back squished between the doors of two toilets. If you've ever been on an Indian train you'll sympathise with us over the smells we had to endure! It was good fun but a solid workout for my core. We learned the basics about breathing and flowing the yoga into different positions from the foundations. My fav moves were the cobra and warrior 1 and 2. After yoga we went for dinner with rosa. This was to say thanks a bit ...

Let's get naked!

A travel blog entry by simonchegwyn on Oct 25, 2013

I was awake at 7 and happily lying in bed listening to the sound of the waves rolling in. A perfect start indeed but my motivation soon kicked in as I walked along the cliff towards my early morning yoga venue. What a top start indedy. After a class of almost 2 hours I went to cool off in the sea before a leisurely breakfast and a coastal walk north - in and out of the sea. One person ...
