They firstly demonstrated the 5 different Thai dishes which included a coconut soup, steamed snapper and lemongrass, seafood and vegetable spring rolls, sweet and sour river prawns and for pudding, pumpkin in coconut cream. He gave us tasters as he cooked and found it funny that we were sensitive to the chilli! ...

How are you doing on this beautiful day?

Wow, today was a great day I wish I could have shared it with everyone. I never thought a lesson on simple present verbs could be so interesting and fun. The kids were alert and ready for english, motivated by learning, and smiling like nothing I have ever witnessed before. Thats not to say that Americans are neutral all the time, but compared to thailand, thats exactly what they ...

... the toilet heaps and I ended up having to use my first squatting hole on the train. It wasn't too bad with special foot grips on the sides but it was a bit gross and definitely a unusual new experience.   A lady came around asking for food orders and Ryan and I thought we should share one. We got the meal but it looked a bit gross and Ryan didn't want any so I had the rice and banana. We all sat about drinking and the train quieted ...
