... stop was Ephesus! Wow! It was amazing. Our tour guide was fantastic and explained everything. It was slowly getting hotter and hotter as we walked through the ruins. It was similar to the Acropolis where we had trouble taking many pictures due to the heat. I wish I could have enjoyed it more but all I could concentrate on was finding shade. It was spectacular though. I feel like every time you go, you will see something new. By far the most amazing ruins I have ever seen (it beat ...

The theatre was amazing and we were lucky enough to hear a very short, impromptu opera song from a girl who wanted to make ...

It was interesting to see all the different types of carpets and considering they take about 5 months to hand weave are remarkably good value. We escaped without buying any carpets and headed for the Bazaar. Here Sheila bought a diamond encrusted Cartier watch for 20 euros. After all every ...

We did part company with Warren at Troy who arrived in Istanbul last Friday and applied for a Uzbekistan visa and has to go back to Istanbul for tomorrow to pick it up. It's about a 6 hour bus journey back to Istanbul then another 2 hour bus to the place where the embassy is. Then he has to get another bus to ...
