    ... for foreigners, I walk past a stall which sells the dish on my way to work and the smell regularly makes me gag. The taste wasn't as crippling as the smell but you would need a stomach of steel and a clothes peg to eat the stuff regularly. Susan is also encouraging me to be a lot more active, I now go running along the river bank with her most evenings. The air quality doesn't always make this possible but it is a start.     ... the dinner so we all gave them money in advance to buy the food that was needed and they did a splendid job. It may have Chicken instead of Turkey but given what we have out here, they did an amazing job and it was a really nice evening, sharing each other's company.
