... food. We ended up at a Pizza place where people were doing Shi Sha, aka hookah - smoking flavoured tobacco through bubbling water via a big long pipe. You could get different fruits to flavour it - watermelon, apple, peach etc. It looked really odd, but people seemed to be enjoying it!

Fri was the last day together, so we headed off to the Baiyun cable car and had lunch at the top of the mountain. It was pretty good, although ...

... one evening. The motorists acknowledge that pedestrians exist and will even stop and let you cross at the crosswalks. Japan is CLEAN, not even cigarette butts around! What was strange, though, was we had to really search for a trash can when we had garbage, especially in the train stations. Spent the morning exploring Yuexiu Park were the locals were exercising, relaxing, play games, singing etc.

I thought I'd go to the airport via subway. It was so easy and cost only a couple of dollars.

... She even remarkably walked to the toilet.

I had an interesting taxi ride with confusion over the destination, fare, being short changed but I got to the hotel.

It so happened the hotel had a floor with a massage centre, I was keen on a massage but was concerned I may fall asleep, I need not have. I have had hard massages before but none like this. I was pummelled and trampled on, it was brutal, but after I felt good, maybe it was because the pummelling had ended.
