... It took us an 30 to check in. We went to our room on the 32 floor and as soon as I walked in I could smell cigarette smoke and it wasn't the room I asked for. After complaining we were moved two floors down and it is perfect.. It took a long time to organise tickets for the water show and a tour and also to get something to eat. Very busy place..
