... Helvetica">We have found several places where we can have a full meal for around $1 US. We ate dinner from a street stand tonight...it was like a burrito. Kinda. It was also 50 cents. We’ve been hitting this one little spot for breakfast dumplings (xiaolongbow) that are .50 cents, too. Yummm.

    ... milk tea with tapioca (bubble tea as we've been calling it to other tour members). It took pointing and guessing with the vendor to buy it. April thought the tea was weird. When I bought mine, he had ran out of tapioca.

    ... worked together to get things done. I couldn’t be here in China without his support. Got a last minute call from Continental that Peaches flight was cancelled due to high temperatures. So, thanks to my friend and neighbour, Marsha and her daughter Emily , Peaches remained at home in Parkwood.
