... different on Saturday afternoons. The stores close between 1 and 2 pm and the streets are dead. The only life consists of pigeons and groups of teenagers roaming the streets with faces buried in their phones giving the place a weird post apocalyptic feel.

... drove on to Poland. We planned to stop at one of the 3 camp sites round a little lake just over the border. However, 2 of the camp sites where not even there, and one was closed. The lake was beautiful though with some nice little fortifications dotted round it. We did find a field, sorry camp ground, with no facilities to speak of, and with the rain still tipping it down we hunkered down for the night. Welcome to Poland!
