    ... small compared to Santorini, but the beaches here are way better. It's a lot more "resorty" than I thought it would be. I can't believe we only paid eight euros a night! We met up with the group and shared a pizza and caesar salad for dinner. We figured it would be cheaper for the four of us to get a taxi to town than each of us buying bus tickets.     ... get off, you tell driver where you want to get off. You also buy your tickets in the bus. A man squeezes through everyone while getting them to pay while the bus is moving. It took some getting used to! Santorini has a second world feeling to it. It's a lot dirtier and almost Mexican feeling, although we weren't in the five star area, but our hotel was a block away from it.     ... to grab a bite before making the hike back up the hill to our hotel. It really was too bad that the weather wasn't on our side and we couldn't take advantage of the hotel pools in Paros and Mykonos, but at least we had a few swims in the sea and made the best of it.
