... Grotta. Immediately upon our arrival we were greeted by Nicoletta, who is a member of the family owned hotel and she made us feel welcome and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the touring tips and goodies that she provided when we first arrived. Our cozy room was located in a corner, that faced the port of Naxos and the temple of Apollo with a large deck that is sheltered from the wind. It is just a short walk from the hotel ...

We managed to get lost of course. We'd seen a little cafe and tried to find our way back to it. After we'd passed the same shop 3 times we gave up and headed to the waterfront. Once we got our bearings, we found the cafe. There's nothing that says holiday more than ...

... attached to some rather old frumpy bodies. But hey! Each to their own. I on the other hand couldn’t possibly imagine what it’d be like to deal with sunburn genitalia! No thanks. As a whole, Mykonos was a different experience for me this time round. Dynamically different to my previous visit, as I was travelling with more than one person, so adaptability came into play, but so did fatigue and exhaustion, which often allowed days where I needed complete me time, ...
