      ... and went back into the park for a picnic.
      After a siesta in the park we headed back to Clarke Quay. We picked a bar and sat river side and drank our first beers in almost two weeks. We watched people milling around and the river cruise boats going up and down the river. Back in Chinatown, we cruised through all the souvenir stalls on our way to dinner back at Food Street. This also concluded our brief but fun and relaxing visit to Singapore.

      Mustafa Centre - an amazing 24-hour, 2-block, 6-level shopping center. An orderly conglomeration of a zillion items from A to Z. You will find anything you need or want, if you wander through for hours. After buying a few items we went up to the roof for lunch. We had Dosas that were very tasty but quite large.       ... building and main mosque which both had not been opened or had people move into yet. Really beautiful architecture, but in the middle of nowhere for a main government building. We had a fantastic evening having a couple beers, finger food, and catching up. The weather was perfect to sit by the waterfront. We even met some English folk who managed legoland!
