Again, we were in no hurry to go anywhere so we stopped for gelati and walked casually back to our apartment to freshen up and head out again. As it was our last night in Venice we wanted to celebrate, we both may have got quite merry but who cares it's been fantastic. I've loved everything about Venice. The people, the history, the canals and bridges and of course the food...lol Lookout Florence here we ...
After a spot of outlet shopping yesterday, we arrived in Venice last night to a gloomy and misty out look. Our hotel in Venice is remembered because of the toilets that sat in the shower haha. Very funny, and most awkward.
We didn't stay on the island of Venice, instead we commuted via ferry and spent a day there. Aside from the walking tour and gondola ride I had chosen no other optionals, which gave me the opportunity to explore the island ...
