So we're now on route to Ljubljana capital of Slovenia. Our 4th Capital city this trip and 8th country crossed. We're 6 miles short of 1500miles into our trip and it's been amazing so far. The boys have compiled a list of the best thing each day and struggled to find any negatives. Their geography of European countries has improved and they've recognised how lucky we all are. My nerves took a battering but we got there safely to what is possibly the most beautiful place in Europe. It was well worth the terror and time in the car, we just wish we had longer. The pictures say it all. Back to Zagreb to catch our flight to Dubrovnik and our much needed rest and cruise around the Croatian ...

... in Lake Bohinj, visit the nearby waterfall, then get the bus to Lake Bled . At Bled we hoped to visit the gorge, maybe cycle around the lake and hike up to the viewpoint for the excellent views of the lake. We seriously underestimated the amount of time this would take!

We were up, washed, dressed and filled with breakfast by 8:40 and then we caught the 9am bus to Lake Bohinj, arriving at 11am. The lake was absolutely beautiful, ...
