Day 2 – Zurich….um, where are we?̷

After our flight landed, we decided to walk around Zurich. It was a lovely city with very friendly people. We walked down to the beautiful river where we saw swans as well as teenagers smoking some funny stuff in the street. We found a lovely old church that had been around since the eighth century.

Finding Dallin

... and I found a garden. Only, it wasn't just a garden. It was a Japanese garden, given to Interlaken from its sister city, Ōtsu, Japan. We found Dallin, who found the medicine he needed for his lip.

We decided to have dinner at the Coop. Only this wasn't just a Coop. First off, it was a big two story glass building. On the second floor was a whole cafe. It was fantastic.


Lift Chase

... Allison, Susannah, and I ran ahead of Mom and Dad. We ran up some stairs alongside the lift station up to an empty platform. Confused, we realized we had to go inside the station! We ran back down the stairs into the lift station, catching up with Mom and Dad (who went the right way), and safely hopped onto a lift. We were on our way to Mürren!
