The trainride was a little difficult as the trains were full and we had to ...

Another early start and this time we both went to our respective onsen's for a morning shower and soak. Fortunately there was no one else going when we went so it was a relaxing experience! We packed away the small mountain of bedding, checked out and waited in the bright sun for the 7.30am bus, which took us (and half the local school kids) to Takawa-Ko. We boarded the train to Kakunodate, which was around 15 minutes away ...
