... stomachs, we came across what looked like a local chain. But it wasn't your standard Chinese takeaway menu with items such as chicken feet and pork knuckle, I was waiting for Ant and Dec to serve us. We played it safe and went for noodles and shredded pork. We made our way up on the tram to Victoria Peak, the highest point overlooking HK. ... curry sauce. Drinking games began, ring of fire, truth or dare and i have never. Learnt some interesting **** about everyone that night. Then it was time to go out, a fun taxi ride later trying to explain where we wanted to go and we arrived at the bulldog on the water front with a view of Honk Kong island. This was a huge high point, a beer in hand, in Hong Kong with a wicked view this was the life. A live band got under way and kept us ...

... than the Kowloon mainland, it isn't long before I find myself in the local "wet" market.wet.. meaning the floors were continually hosed down because of the fresh Meats Chicken, fish, etc being cut up etc ... also selling vegetables etc.. The locals mainly shop daily and cook fresh ingredients.. Amazing that there are no flies with meats / fish hanging in the fresh ? air.. I recommend the Bowrington markets .. A must ...
