Good morning from Sushou! Yesterday was a long day. We landed in Shanghai, made a quick trip to the Jade Buddha temple and were off to Suzhou. It took 2 hours to get here. We saw a beautiful garden and then went to dinner and the hotel. I was so tired I went straight to bed! Now I have to run to breakfast and off to more sights. Hopefully the next hotel will have internet and I won't be too exhausted.

... m probably judging Qufu a bit harshly as my head wasn't totally in the right place. As I said though, the history behind the place is immense and I did get that feel from it still thankfully, particularly when looking at Confucius' Tomb and taking in what I was looking at and also in the Temple, which was more like a palace, a smaller version of the Forbidden City in Beijing.

Overall though Zoucheng for the win ...
