Guanjin Road 3rd Section Dujiangyan, Sichuan, China
... three ladies would want to go straight to Dujiangyan (都江堰) at night. It was not easy trying to get a mini-van to Taoping as most of them preferred to operate between Dujiangyan and Wenchuan, which was opposite to where we were heading.
After an hour of fruitlessness trying to get a mini-van, we finally found a young driver who was willing to bring us there (after some persuasion) and he was kind enough to warn us of the ...
Centrum ma zajimave male ulice a spoustu restauraci, ktere lemuji kanaly.

Wolongguan, Sichuan, China blummo... a little internet search to see what it was called, is the most famous Taoist mountain). We hopped a bus toward the mountain and got an even more depressing look at some earthquake damage. Once we got to the top this lady accosted us and tried to get us to pay her to be a tour guide. She ended up leading us to her restaurant (which was like out of her house lol) and it was really good. After we decided to climb the ...
Dujiangyan, China bambbles...
Xiaojin, China tch3k... photogenic sunrise, the light gradually bringing life to the mountainside and silhouetting the gracefully curved roof of the temple. The descent was ******* the legs, but the weather had improved a little, and the scenery was just as impressive, with fingers of light filtering through trees into narrow canyons with 'wooden' walkways above small waterfalls and clear, tranquil streams. If only there were hot showers at places like this, I would be tempted to stay a few days longer!

Chengdu, China marietony... Oh my God's and 'Oh No!!' every two minutes. After what seemed like an eternity we reached the peak and saw the Yaks. A little further on, in the clouds, we came across the farmers. It was such a strange sight to see this community up in the clouds. They were all rosy cheeked and had the healthiest glow to them. They were running around bringing things, inquiring at these strange people. It was only when I tried to move ten feet that I ...
