Goodbyes - students
My students wanted to say goodbye and thank me for being their teacher, so tonight they took ME to dinner, it was a little restaurant just off campus.
Before we even got there they were giving me presents!! it was like Christmas! it was so nice of them - some even wrote me little messages on post cards - it seems they really have enjoyed having me here to teach them. I feel privileged to have been their first ever English ...

Then i met Wenbing and we took a couple of pics around campus together - it was sooooooooooo cold - then we went for dinner - it was still cold in the canteen but the food was nice and hot.

Here on the way to class (and round about) are red ribbons hanging from the bushes,
ths blog shows me going to class - my last web class , (though its not the last time i see all my students) and then the blog shows my students and I having lunch .

夫子庙 - Fūzǐ miào - (
Today i decided to go back to 夫子庙 - Fūzǐ miào - (Confucius temple ) area - I took a few buses there - took me a couple of hours - the tube and a bus back wasnt much faster - but at least i missed rush hour traffic both ways!

Daily life & Judging Queen
... was being spoken apart from the presentations. A gentleman close by turned and said to me that I had a point and that they should look at all practising their English.....as so many others, including the Deans of several Schools were looking on in horror I figured something was not right. Turns out that the said gentleman was actually the President of the University!!!! a big OOPS for me!!!!
