Finally, a man appeared who tried to tell me about the ticket and where I could pick up my pictures in really bad English. Failed Attempt but Salvaged Day

Arrival in Yinchuan
... drinks, and snacks. I then hauled my bounty back to my room, where I ate entirely too much but was extremely satisfied and comfortable. I soon went to sleep in my cozy bed very content.

Once you get inside, you get in a buggy and go to a place (a tavern at that) where foreign and local archaeologists stayed when they were doing digs looking for evidence of a Chinese stone age. Or at least I think that is what the guide said. She said something about 10,000 to 30,000 years ...
