... So versuche ich es nun mit intensivem Dehnen und Muskeltraining, welches nicht nur die Ralderbewegung macht. Mal sehen, ob ich so dann wieder ohne Probleme radeln kann. Das Velo ist auf jeden Fall bereit, es hat eine neue Hinterradfelge, neue Speichen, neues Ritzel, Tretlager und Kette erhalten und sollte nun wieder fahren wie ein Uhrwerk..;)

Da es nun doch etwas kalt ist zum radeln und weil Ma Li nicht fürs Fahrradfahren ...

... with my colleagues and got a ride back to my hotel. Rujia is actually pretty good for business hotels in China. It's about 200 kuai a night, and you get a great set up. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, free WiFi, air conditioning, free water in a water dispenser (Hanting only gives you 1 free small bottle a day) the whole shebang. It was a nice change from the train car.
