Island in the middle of a Lake: Bled
... but our guide snuck us in and we found out it wasn't just closed because it was an off season but because parts of the bridge was broken!! We walked on broken boards and missing railing for a little bit of the hike along the gorge. Summer Toboggan
... hell, why not?! So strapped in to a little kart each, they kind of sit on top of a single metal rail track which winds down the mountain. You just have a little handle between your legs to push forward to go and pull back to brake. Here we go!!

Bovec rafting
Had a nutritious breakfast of a warm chocolate croissant accompanied by a hot chocolate before setting out for our drive to Bovec to go rafting! To get there we had to drive through the extremely scenic Vrsic pass (the highest mountain road in all of Slovenia) which rises up to 1611 meters in a series of 50 hairpin bends, before descending into the Soca Valley.
