Good that we were close though as we got to sit in choir stalls, right in front of the cantor. There were probably 800 or so in the congregation. Nice! ... to make sense. We then made our way over to Kensington Palace, where we saw media crews all outside waiting for the Scotsmen to announce the new Princess's name!! After making our way into the viewing quarters we got to hear some of the history and lineage of the current monarchy up to Queen Victoria. We went through the Queen and Kings State Apartments. Today was our last day of academic material and we finally got to go to Wimbledon and Chelsea. Wimbledon was like nothing else. A beautiful beautiful venue. But it was not as big as I would have imagined. Everything was awesome. You could see a beautiful sky lining of the city from part of the stadium and that was so neat. A lot of pictures were taken at that spot. They had a lot of pictures of past champions, the trophies were out in the museum and they were shinny and as beautiful ...
... in Paris doing the same thing, the children were a little jaded with all the history. Being only 9, 7 and 5 they really manage very well, but today was a little challenging. Nevertheless, we soldiered on, with Suja and I diligently listening to the descriptions with our earphones intact.
