... way out. Then we went on the bus to another village 40 minutes away where we got a lesson in the way of drinking tea again. After that we had a local kind of lunch with homemade wine.

A three km walk through a small village took us to our bus again.
3,5 h later we checked in to the hotel in Xiamen with nice soft beds and pillows. This is a rarety in China. They mostly sleep on planks and hard pillows :-)

On est ...

We then went back to where we were staying and just relaxed until we had to leave for our last night train in China to Macau (BUNGEE ...

... you're supposed to do in a roundhouse, we then had a bit more tea....and more tea....and yep more tea! It was quite good though because try make it with fresh tea leaves and lumps of honey. After looking around more roundhouses (about 8 in total...they all look exactly the same!) we then took a bumpy drive up to a tea plantation. When we arrived the guide told us there ...

... hours later we get to Fujian province and another 2 hour drive to the roundhouses. It was quite a scary drive to the roundhouse because we were in a massive storm with bamboo trees which had been blown into the middle of the road and torrential rain! (Which we later found out was due to the Typhoon which was quite close to where we were ...
