... time last year. Richard, the centre principal, had been delayed in the USA after a conference but the staff were great and really welcomed us in. ... have placed me on an humanitarian visa, making it impossible to renew. I have subsequent found out that one of the management staff has a spouse working for the PSB. Now I have to go through the uncertainty of applying for a visa in Hong Kong and spending more of my own money on the off chance that I may or may not get a visa.
