... we had to pull over again shortly and exit the bus with our bags because the bus was smoking again. It was about 11:30 pm at this point. It was dark and the bus was out of commission. Li called the police because we were in the middle of no where. The police called 6 taxis to pick us up and take us to a hotel. Apparently the 2 nice hotels were booked, so we ended up with the expensive one. I can't say I was too disappointed. It had real toilets and an elevator!
