    ... goose, roasted pork,etc)- it was overly salty and not well-marinated for some reason.Maybe it's just me. People were streaming in regularly and the place was perpetually packed, but my cousin did mention that it served one of the cheapest roasted goose around.     So the last couple of days I have been fairly boring, running errands to prepare for Thailand, Burma and beyond.

    Here are some things I learned in the last 2 days:

    1. It is ?always better to overpack than underpack...but then I won't have any excuse to buy more **** I don't need..I have NOT thought this through...

    2. Techy people in Hong Kong will still try to trick you into paying more ...

    ... soho with chicken and ducks hanging up in the window with a sweaty man stood behind the glass in a steaming kitchen. Ordered the BBQ goose with rice and some green things, was rather insulted when they brought me out a spoon and fork rather than chopsticks to use, as if they'd already determined I was an incapable moron. We'll I totally showed them when I failed to use my spoon and fork properly and flicked some of my goose on the floor,who looks stupid ...

    ... each time!!! Yep, pushed the kid menu!! I think the flight attendants were about to throw him out of the plane.. I wish, then I would not have bruises in my ribs today.. Did I ever mention he never once apologized?

    So, that is how the flight went... I used to be a devoted United person, but the Cathay Flights are better, not sure in what way after this flight, but... I am still being optimistic.
