... the "shop". I say "shop" because this isn't the most fool-proof way of buying stuff. My place turned out okay though, it was a shop the size of my bathroom in a mall in Yau Ma Tei. A man who wouldn't make eye contact with me sold me the item while a lady sat next to him smoking and playing a game on her phone.

BUT HEY! It's a legitimate apple iphone with a warranty and it cost over $1000 less than it did in the shop. Well done Hong Kong.

Feeling like zombies we pushed on to Avenue of the Stars, picking of historic sites on the way (those from the days of British rule). Avenue of the Stars presented us with a stunning view of HKG island (the bit where all the big buildings are - the bit often seen in films). It really was incredible and the boats chugging along added to the drama.

The Avenue of Stars are basically HKGs Hollywood's walk of fame, with notable stars such as Jet Li, ...

... Knutfords Terrace and dinner at an Italian restaurant called Il Meglio. It was terrific. Tuna carpaccio, octopus carpaccio, and then Dover sole. All delish and simply presented but fresh and flavorful. At half past eleven we made our way back to the hotel. The streets were alive with people, shops were still open and for most the night was still young.Things have really changed, busier, more built up but still warm and welcoming. Tomorrow a tour of the city with ...

... coasters on the tip of a mountain- looked too scary for me.

the market was fun, i got a mug (obviously I can't stop collecting mugs), which has my year of the Rabbit on it. I also got a painting since I collect those from my travels. We then ate at a yummy Thai place for lunch and headed back. Taking a short rest before checking out the night market.

I miss my little Fely :( meow.
