What a strange start

... ve gone further.
and fell asleep.

for lunch we went to a traditional local restaurant, where we had a massive fish in a sour soup...plus lots of other goodies..

then we went to the place where we were supposed to leave from..and found out that we were going to travel with 40+ kids of different ages, ranging from 7 up to 20 i think...this was totally unexpected...as most of the things in this trip anyway.

Day 14 - Early bus to the ship. It was a Public bus and the amount of honking they do meant that it was completely impossible to sleep! Bad times!!

Had an early dinner at 5:30 to trial the food. I had a bit of a tantrum coz I thought it was too early.....but when it came to it I was starving and apologised to everyone! Lol. It was really yum too so decided to have all meals on board to save fiddling around with snacks etc!

... mind the two giggling foreign girls) that these fine belts made excellent gifts for husbands or bosses, who would never guess the belts hadn't cost 399 RMB as they do in the shops. The guy sitting in front of us was adamant Ine should buy one for her husband, but she declined, while a teenager in the next seat clearly felt embarassed to try a belt ...

... zu.Both of these two parties have their own spoken language(I don't understand a single word) , traditional dress.They hold big parties on their special festivals,singing and dancing together with the whole village people.


Zhenyuan is a small town with more than 2000years history,used to be one of the most important station of the old Silk Road ,it's a histrical town.There are 9 mountains rounded (protect) the town ,very good location in old china ...

... keinen unterricht an dem tag und die thailänder und laoten haben so ein kleines fest veranstaltet..
war echt ganz schön gemacht.. sie haben sich echt mühe gegeben.. die haben essen gemacht und dann wurden auch noch tänze aufgeführt..

wir sind dann aber mit jasmins freunden essen gegangen, weils nicht ganz so einfach war an das essen dort zu kommen und wir hatten schon richtig hunger.. eigentlich sollte das fest bis abends ...
