... and stayed on a Mongolian ranch, and slept in a traditional yurt. The next day we went out to a lamastary, kinda like a monastery but for lamas, Tibetan Buddhist monks. And the third day went out to the desert and rode camels. It was a fun trip, but we did see a lot coal power plants, and a couple strip mines. We did get some great food though.

... into two compartments, one spicy and one original, to which we added delicious lamb slices, noodles, mushrooms, potatoes and sweet potatoes. It was certainly one of the best meals we'd had on this China trip all washed down with a couple large Tsing Tao's!
