... Dawn spent 4 hours bailing out the water whilst Toni and the kids continually moped up the water in the kitchen. Just how I like to spend my Sunday afternoons.

On the flip side we were surfing and sunbathing on the beach just last week, see photo's attached as evidence. The kids had a great birthday and we are setting ourselves up for Xmas now. The lights are up in Patitiri Harbour and this has ...

A lovely walk along the beach in the wind, blew away the cobwebs. We then set off back up the hill to find a shop to buy milk and bread. We stopped at a village called Tsagarada where the plane tree in the centre is said, 'To be one of the largest and oldest in Greece'. We managed to get our few supplies at the local shop. . We walked across the sea front back to Dream Catcher, but there wasn't a route over ...

Today we went into town to buy some food and bumped into Panyota who does the gardening where we are staying, she is a lovely Greek lady who speaks good English. We some how got chatting about mushrooms and she offered to take us foraging sometime. Well there is no time like the present so we hired a car and off we went to forage.

She knew a few good ...

... time outside which is probably why I have been a little lazy on the blog. We are all well and have hired a car again to see more of the island, there is a beach called Kokinacastra which is pretty special. We have been eating well and are planning on hiring a car once a week to do a big shop and see different parts of the island each week.

    Catch up soon.
