... the town is steady: go your own way, do your own thing at your own speed. Bookstores again were treated to our company, and as we came out of the last one a quick storm of heavy rain and dime sized hail greeted us. The storms that strike in the northern states are far different than those that slowly uncoil in Texas. ... gorge! Twin Falls is a lovely town and we stopped at the tree lined mall in the town centre for a sandwich, then had a quick look at the Shoshone Falls before hitting the Freeway again. Because Chris is sick we definitely wanted to hitch a ride. We stood in front of a gas station on highway 20 thinking we could intise people with free gas for a ride to Idaho Falls. Not even 10 minutes later in the cold wind, a couple stopped and said, "bad day to be riding a bike" and offered a ride(they did not accept the gas :). We talked about everything from where they were from, their new greenhouse, tires, whats a good ...
