... to Greg because when we stopped to get some fuel he realised he had left his travel card at the restaurant! So back we went and retrieved it - the waitress was trying to remember where we were staying to drop it off!!! Luckily we stopped for the fuel or else it would have been well on the way to Yellowstone before he missed it. So tomorrow it is off to Yellowstone National Park, we want to get there reasonably early to beat the hordes of visitors so we will get up a little ...
... are marvelous. Fifty miles of mountains span our west. The gray peaks look, like something you'd see at the Alps! A few of the mountain tops still have snow and it's August. The journey along the Tetons ends at the entrance to Yellowstone. Our first destination of the afternoon is Old Faithful. Several miles of winding canyons, streams, falls and glimpses of lakes escort us to the geysers. Yellowstone is home to the most geothermal areas on earth. Geysers, fumaroles, hot ...

This last part is kind of fun. There's a great poster from Britain in World War II that's been resurfacing as we endure the effects of war and economic depression in current times. The restaurant had a take-off on that poster, but didn't realize it- just thought it was a cute poster. Which it was.
... I got to drive through all the sections of road works which meant I had to squish on one lane sections of road with barricades either side of us. Thank goodness it was hot so that the sweat of fear would dry before anyone noticed. Ha ha.
This RV resort was easy to find and we are loving a night with full hook-ups
and proper TV for a few hours.
We are all enjoying ‘The Amazing Race" on TV, We now
have a really good appreciation ...
