... t understood my 'no chili' request very well. The view from the top was very smoggy, but we did discover another platform, and a cafe where you could sit outside and enjoy the view and food.

I asked a group of people to take a photo of the 3 of us, and they guy got really excited and jumped in the photo too. SO the other girl did the same, then they had to swap over so the 2nd girl could get a pic too - she planted herself between ...

Spent the morning exploring Yuexiu Park were the locals were exercising, relaxing, play games, singing etc.

I thought I'd go to the airport via subway. It was so easy and cost only a couple of dollars.

When I boarded the plane I again found someone in my seat. The crew member found that we both had a boarding pass for the same seat. After some time, the couple of moved to the seat in front.

The train was meant to have arrived at Beijing at 8:30 AM but it was more like 11 AM which made Matt anxious as he now only had 75 minutes to catch the subway to Beijing South, pickup his prepaid ticket and catch the bullet train.

The central railway station is the older style sprawling building with lots of people and minimal signage. I knew there was a bus that left from here to the airport, after a few mis-directions I eventually found the bus terminus in a nearby small ...

... the class before, or else the regrets and what if’s will consume you. A theory still in development.

Something else worth noting, being this week four, I, along with my roommates have grown increasingly tired of the school food. Granted, it is free, and we do get lunch and dinner, but for 12 Yuan, I can get a hot plate of Muslim food down the road that’ll fill me up. 12 Yuan comes out to less than $2 dollars.
