... but on their way so our departure is delayed. So we walk around the ship taking in the sights of the port, and we stop to watch an oil tanker and two tugs headed our way. There were an awful lot of people watching as these guys manoeuvred the tanker into the berth along from us. Absolutely amazing. We sail out to the sounds of the band and the sight of families waving until they are specks on the shore. We run the gauntlet of ships all headed to port and we make our way out to sea. ...

... the car , the more affluent the driver looks.Motorbikes are mainly Hondas..locally made with one sold every seven minutes!. Fuel is still cheap by our standards.. Aus$1 per litre but with the average monthly income of Aus$150 many could not afford to pay more Very few bicycles seen so far.. too dangerous I would say..

Woke up early-ish great nights sleep, some noisy young children outside first thing. Comfy bed, great temperature, bed not moving, no chance of being woken up for medical (has not happened so far on board), no planning what I have to do today, no going to the laundry before anyone else, no turning the lights on for wake up calls. Double bed - but no lee boards - I did once in the night nearly roll out of bed! Ok and no hangover! ...
