... it that. Opposite was a great place to have lunch " Batavia cafe" (photos follow) handburger en chips whilst others took to more traditional dishes. It was all delicious, we laughed and joked alot, made a bit off a scene for the waiters. In fact that found us funny. Back in the bus, next stop visiting a huge shopping mall " the grand indonesian", a bit of westernised shopping before our trip back to the hotel. The local time was now 6 o clock in the evening en pitch black. ...

... It ended up being quiet a busy day. After arriving at the apartment I fulfilled my wishes of breakfast and a shower and then it was off to Pondok Indah mall for lunch. A restaurant called the Playground caught my eye the last time I was in Jakarta however I didn’t have time to go so that was the first port of call.

... before we headed back to the hotel using taxis.

We had a group dinner and decided to go to a bar after dinner. On the short way between the restaurant and the bar our guide was dissoriented, which caused us to walk the same street about 4 times. Nobody minded it, he was probably dehydrated. At the bar we sat outside and provided a good meal for a large number of mosquitos, while we had some Bintang. The next day we would head out of Jakarta after breakfast.
